It was time for a change. Carolineross.co.uk will still redirect here, but as the new book is approaching, and courses are running under my F&G handle, it seemed a good idea to swap over. This week will see me totally revamp the website, get all the information up-to-date, and add an Instagram feed here using Spotlight.
Then it will be time to build my shop, blog about everything I have been up to, including the wonderful first solo course teaching at Dartington. For now, enjoy the Samhain changes, plus the new news and pictures plus a more streamlined menu. Autumn greetings to all who read this. Happy foraging.
